How do i recover?
Who do i recover from a big losing streak? Will my mmr ever go back to normal now that its ruined?
When should i take breaks from what amount of losses?

I would suggest recovering from a big losing streak by stepping away from the game and doing something else you enjoy doin for a bit.
Your mmr can absolutely go back to normal, my brother trashed his mmr when he was first starting to play ranked and now his is actually really good.
I wouldn't say there is a certain amount of losses that dictates when you should take a break. I would say you should take a break (from ranked at least) whenever you are feeling frustrated. Even if it's just like a ten minute break to cool off from the last game it's a good idea to not go into a game already feeling frustrated.
Sounds good thank you guys !
Anytime :)
If you find the game is making you frustrated on a consistent basis (whether over different things or not), it's time to take a breather.
One of the most important things I started doing was critiquing everything I did. Even if I win, I try to take away what I could have done better; I do mostly play ARAM, but a little insight never hurt anyone. I had a Darius game recently and did a very middling job that I would have had a better time with if I tried more patience. I had a Xin game where my early game held us back for a while, even though I brought it back late. Focusing more into hard defense builds would have been more appropriate as my damage remained consistent before and after building for it.
Some people can take punishment, and some people (yo, it me) have to chill if they run two losses back to back because it's just going to change the way I go into the next game.
You may consider small exercises (a good jog or some pull- or push-ups) or some sort of therapeutic action (a fidget object or something else that soothes you) if you want smaller breaks, or else just getting the hell off internet gameplay for more protracted breaks whether that's with the aforementioned or with another video game or a book, or something.
Sounds good thank you guys !
