Max Q or E on Kassadin? [CALLING ALL KASSADIN MAINS]

I was wondering if i should max E or Q? I usually go with maxing Q, for the lower cooldown and the silence if i'm aganist ADC's (AD Caster. Got you there didn't I?). Mostly because someone like zed, or talon relies on their abilities. Talon for his W, Q but if i silence him just as he is about to use Q on me, i can just walk away. I am also sure that Kassa's Q range is longer than Talons's. I almost never max E, but i max Q even vs yasuo. I don't know if its good or not. Mostly because yasuo has his wind wall but, if yasuo uses his wind wall on top of you. It actually goes behind you I think. If i'm vs a zed, I think that it is a little easier, since zed is under the ADC catergory, silencing him when he is about so do his combo and then do return damage would be better. Not taking his shadow placement into account of course. I don't know if this is enough information or anything but, feel free to correct me in the commenting section.

Q no longer silences, it just interrupts channels now. Q is good against matchups that you get dumpstered in so you have some form of ranged harass. E is better for pushing back and forth against an enemy pusher.

I believe q is usually maxed first, for poking and what not. I typically max e (force pulse) last but i'm not a kassadin main

Start Q, grab E at 2. Max Q first. Then max W. Then max E.

The reason being: Q is your offense and defense. It deals heavy damage to a single target and gives you a shield. Kass is an assassin-type mage. You want to focus on one target at a time. Get E second for the CC. Once you have E, you don't need to level it up- you just want it so you have it. Get W at 3, and max it second. This is going to be your finishing move, and your mana sustain. Kass Ulti can get expensive in cut-throat situations so you're going to need to use your W often.

Q the silence isn't very useful against champs without channeled abilities as it's EXTREMELY brief; i think they even just call it an interrupt. that being said, it is kassadin's most reliable and versatile basic ability, as it gives him a magic shield as well as doing damage from a (relatively) safe distance

E MIGHT be maxed against extremely spammy casters like Cassiopeia or Karthus but even there the Q magic shield may be more useful. if for some reason you REALLY REALLY need to keep up with their waveclear, max it (not that it's damage goes up that much with level lol)
