What to do to overconfident people

Hi again, i post a lot in Player Behaviour & Moderation. Today i'll be talking about what to do to overconfident people in games. If you see a Garen that killed you once that just spams his mastery 7 and recalling infront of your tower (yes, that happened to me), just let him recall. After i push the wave to his turret i just back, got items that is gonna benefit a Rammus, then rolled back to lane. Then the Garen just started the fight, so I did my combo and he died in the end that this came out, Garen: Lol you got luck Me: Dude, the more damage you do to me the more i do to you that is how rammus works. Garen: BS again no minions meet me at drag. And so i did, i got my evelynn close by just incase Garen takes a support with him and well he did, so my eve distracted the support which is a Brand for some reason then we fought it out my items were, Thornmail Sunfire Cape Deadman's Plate

His items were, Black Cleaver Sunfire Cape

Then I W, because i'm not the engager then he just did the combo, in the end he still lost. Then their Lee Sin said this in /all chat "Garen, you might be lv 7 but your overconfident. The rammus that farmed worst than you, still won you because he focused on farming instead of focusing on the kill." Then Garen said "Screw You" Then the Lee Sin said "He disconected" Then i said "==, is he that tilted??" Then they just /ff and we won

I Have no idea if talking about all of this is good but i think its gonna come in helpful in the future (I hope)
