Make Finishers an optional eye candy setting

Like how Snowdon map accents could be disabled in the settings, I wish there was a way to apply a similar system to the Finishers. It could even be off by default, and instructions to enable could come with a warning that it may be harmful to people with epilepsy. The finisher was honestly really cool and one the obyl rewards I actually cared about because of how you could see it throughout the game and now gone :(
