A Case For Why Riven DID NOT Kill Yasuo's Elder

Don't even know if this is still relevant, but my friends and I had a little discussion about this.

Riot is sort-of implying that Riven killed Yasuo's elder, through his interactions through quotes in game. However, this just makes no sense.

Lore-wise, Riven is was a normal soldier. She fought on the front lines. It makes NO SENSE that she would be assassinating some village elder.

Secondly, the Noxians weren't doing much fighting anyways, they were following Zaun's machines. It was cleanup, not assassination, that Riven participated in.

Riven wasnt a "normal" soldier, she was an postergirl for the Noxian army and one of the best soldiers of the army. It makes perfect sense for the Noxians to send her to kill an important noxian figure... or maybe the noxians of the squad of Riven attacked the place were the Elder was, and killed more than one just the elder.

Maybe, the elder tried to search for Yasuo when he left, but instead of finding Yasuo, he found some noxians (Riven) that killed him. There are many ways for it to make sense...

Its a fact that Riven killed Ionians during the war, maybe the Elder was one of them and she didnt even noticed.

Seriously, i see no point in saying "MY WAIFU WOULD NEVER KILL SOMEONE!!" because she did, she killed a lot of people... do you really think that 1 person less would make difference?

Actually it was implied that the elder really only had yasuo as his bodyguard. So Riven (and maybe her unit) might have stumbled upon the place and simply killed the elder when they found him.
