Lets talk about runes
OK, runes are a fun part of the game right? runes allow for counters in champ select and fun innovations on champs, they allow for an early boost in your game and can effect your ability to do certain things (like taking mana regen if you are playing karthus rather aggressively) BUT WHY DO THEY COST IP there is no reason that runes should cost IP because people are just going to get them anyway you can say "they give you a sense of accomplishment when you finish the page" but that is just stupid i would rather get the satisfaction of winning a game than have to grind just to be on an even playing field.
furthermore why are rune slots locked to low level players, all it does is lock off a portion of a game that they will eventually have to learn anyway. Let the players experiment without having to grind to get runes themselves, let IP go towards champions and not mandatory things that you NEED but cant have unless you have the IP for it.
in conclusion there is no reason that runes should be behind the IP wall and we should really jsut have access to them from the beginning also if you could give us as many rune pages as mastery pages that would be great.
and WHY do tier 1 and 2 runes exist wtf that will be all
