way to fix champ select trolls

So everyone hates champion select trolls. they take your hard earned LP and gnaw on it like it teething toddlers. this is a discussion about how to get rid of these people who shouldnt be playing in the first place. (like anyone trying to copy brofresco COUGH COUGH SMITE EZREAL) I think that there should be a voting system, if 3 of the 4 available people vote for there to be a deportation of the children of the league the person is kicked and the dodging punishments are applied after 3-4 vote-outs in a row (or in the same day i dont know that is why it is a discussion) I wanted the general community's opinion on this subject and maybe hopefully possibly if Riot sort of kind of sees this and likes it maybe it can go into the game possibly maybe

The problem with this is that it has abuse cases, just like the current problem of champion select trolls. People would abuse it by people not picking meta champions or ones that they themselves see as "good", despite that champion being the best on for the person picking it. Before Urgot mid became popular from LCS, people would have rage kicked anyone who would pick Urgot mid, causing stagnation in the game. This system basically says to lower level players "you can only pick x champion or get kicked".

Seems fine, but these dodge kicks should be limited to 3 times a day. Leaving it infinite will have players more reasons to kick a guy off the team.
