Did you try switching to the legacy client?

Ya dude, wouldn't let me and it told me that I had to update (so it would and then it would get to 83.7 mb out of 84.1 mb and STOP) then when I reload the client it did the same thing OVER AND OVER. It was hell and now we are here :( 70% reinstalled.

My advice to anyone reading this, don't download the beta. Biggest Waste Of My Time.

Tried that Reddit walk through and verified it works. Just remember to use the old league patcher after the change has been made.
