How do you measure Grades?

13-0-10 only counts as A material?

I understand kills are not everything. But I got Rift Herald and every Dragon. They surrendered before we could do much more. How is that not S material? Atleast S- I dunno what else you can do as a jungle to earn a better score.

I was partied with the Kennen and he got an S.
