This 
noob champ is way too strong. He got literally perma slow and after got those stacks just spams Q and R and expect a penta.
He s way too tanky and his dmg is nasty he can lterally destroy you in the turret and drink a coffee and his hp is still half.
Nerf him please.

Darius falls off really hard as the game goes on. Not to mention the fact he has no reliable way to catch people with any more of CC or dash. If anything the champion is weak after a bug fix hurt his damage output.
he's been nerfed 3-4 times he's actually in a bad state and if you are having issues with him still then I think you need to focus on what your doing wrong.
I use to not like Darius, absolutely hated playing against him. I then started playing him, understood how his kit worked and now no issues playing against him, I even play Garen and Nasus and it's winnable, just need to adjust your playstyle bit. I don't even bother banning him anymore, Fiora earned that spot.
As Garen I can win lane by pure sustain, I rush health/health Regen, even have a runepage for certain matchups where the enemy has a bleed or poison.
what the OP is saying is he cant stand there and face check all of darius damage and win a fight
