I understand that riven is very hard to play but for sure isn t fun when she got this 
abomination spamming her E continuously after ult making her unkillable due to her perma E shield and Riven isn t the only champion abusing this item, same for Jax. Why bruisers have to be so broken why one item needs to make some champions broken? Don t we have enough dmg in game already??? Why was this item necessary? Why couldn t you balance this item?
this item is basically what ER used to be , I didnt hear anyone complaining about Riven having shield always hmm.

Yeah, spear passive is shit - can't fathom they didn't make it a defensive item. No one fucking likes that passive, except the abusers. I mean, no one sane even wanted more accessible dmg/ability spam...
It's really fun that specially Jax and Riven just fucks you once they get 2 items - you literally, as an immobile bruiser, need a whole item advantage to be on even grounds.
Good thing they sacrifice some power for that mobility... -.-
This is fine, riven is still a garbage pick outside of bad regions and non pro play.
