Burst Question.
Me and my buddy where discussing who could burst people down the fastest when fed.
I say Dianna, he says Akali.
What do you guys think?

I've seen akali burst people faster but diana is better at surviving to burst another in my experiences.
Veigar, you can one shot adc's with W or tankier people with Q->R.
But if it is between those two, it is pretty close. Neither of them are particularly fast in their burst preferring lengthier engages with more than a rotation. Akali probably takes it if she can kill with Q -> ult -> aa -> E.
Akali can probably burst slightly faster.
Diana has higher survivability and utility, however.

Akali vs Diana tho prob Diana. Akali needs to get a basic attack off and her ult is slower than Diana ult.
