Twitch is in the free champ rotation for Riot to see how well Twitch is doing, not only that Twitch is an OP pocket pick, and he's doing so well, his kit is better than Eve's and he can AD or jg, has multiple builds/options, inb4 twitch nerfs

Twitch is fucked by cc, ie why Kog is picked more often since he does the same job slightly more on steroids. Twitch is a more niche pick or if you are a good main.
