Ranked unbalanced matchmaking?

Hi! First of all this isn't a salt thread, but just me being curious on the matchmaking. Lately, I've just been being paired up with worse players than usual, and they're on my team. If you look through my ranked history, you will see that the games that I lost, there was at least one person going an extremely negative score. There was also this one ranked game "http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2096683246/43776238" where our rammus was extremely negative throughout the game, and just refused to communicate and win with us even though it was a 4v5 in our favor. In my latest game, i decided to lolnexus the game, and i got this as a result "https://gyazo.com/f602498dc3e15e910fd7d759a098a42a". You can see that the teams are unbalanced, with them having the upper hand, and due to this, I've been dropping in ranked, and I'm unable to climb back up, since I never seem to get my desired lane. I think this may be riot saying that I don't deserve the rank i have, but I in my opinion don't think i'm the worst, but definitely not the best. Any responses welcome, and thank you for your time.
