Yo RIOT really? I need answers.

Can you not penalize people for remaking a NORMAL GAME. This is the this fifth time I've gotten a bug splat and had to reload in to a match only to be met with my team remaking and me getting penalized for it with 5 matches that I have to wait 20 minutes to play all because my team didn't want to wait another lousy 30+ seconds for me to reload in to the match. This is really annoying and it isn't the first time it's happened. I getting real tired of going through the same process too. PLEASE FIX THIS. I feel like the player shouldn't get penalized if the team has the option to remake it doesn't make sense.
