Balancing Every Champion in the Game (A Champions)
This is going to be an extremely long post with every single champion included. I will break the posts down into smaller posts alphabetically will speak about their current state, Strength possibility, and viability in comps on a scale of 1-10. Most posts will have a lot of text but I put a lot of effort into it and I am sure you all will appreciate it. I do not claim to know everything. My main account is Fucking Shit (yes that is the actual name) and i'm a diamond 5 Darius one trick so I like to think I know a decent amount about the game.
Feel Free to leave criticism or Suggestions but try and keep it civil. I am thinking of doing an individual post about each champ and discussing them in more detail if a lot of you like these posts. I'm really hoping to get some good discussions going. So without further Ado, How I would Balance every single Champion in League of Legends
Man, this Champion. Riot has a really hard time figuring out what to do with him. His current state is about a 2/10. He isn't very strong and doesn't really win a lot of matchups. His laning isn't really too bad, but outside of that he has no real identity. His strength possibility; however is a 7/10 and I think that is why Riot is so nervous about actually buffing him. He has a pretty toxic kit when strong and Riot has kept him weak for that reason I assume because of a pending rework. His Viability in comps is about a 2/10. He works in dive comps and that's it. He has no good poke, no good sieging abilites, and little to no peel.
Buffs
E scales with Total AD instead of bonus AD. This would go much better with his passive since it gives Base AD.
W damage has a max health ratio. Would make sense since his heal is missing health.
Nerfs
Nerf W base damage in exchange for having a Max health ratio for better scaling
This is pretty much it. He needs a full scale rework and Riot shouldn't really touch him too much until they decide to do that.
Great Champion, pretty loaded kit, and a great laning phase. Her current State is an 8/10. She isn't absolute god Tier but she is very strong and a good meta pick mid lane. Her strength possibility is also an 8/10. She has maxed out her strength and is about as strong as her kit will allow in her current state. Her viability in comps is a 10/10. She fits in any comp at any time. She's a great diver, has amazing wave clear, can make picks. She can do it all.
Buffs
None
Nerfs
W targets random enemies but will auto target enemies charmed by Ahri
R cooldown increased by 20 seconds each rank.
Other then a tiny bit of tuning and some small nerfs, I like the spot Ahri is in. She is an interesting Champion and just needs some slight nerfs to put her in the perfect spot. The W nerf makes her more reliant on hitting skillshots and the R cooldown nerf will make her a little more gankable in laning phase and reduce her roaming by a small amount while not having constant kill pressure on her laner.
I actually really like where this champion is at. I think she has a good niche pick rate into immobile mages and is decently strong as an off tank top lane. She is in a good spot. Her current State is 7/10. Shes a decent champion whos about a buff away from being meta. Her strength possibility is 9/10. We all know how strong akali can be if the meta lines up perfectly with her being an already strong pick. She wreaks havoc on the rift. riot has done a good job of keeping her in check and putting her in a good place. Her viability in comps is about a 4/10. Like i said she is a niche pick who is really good in dive comps and semi good in splitting as her E is good wave clear mid game and her passive does good damage to towers. She has absolutely no CC and no utility so she will never fit in every comp.

Good job Riot, you have this champion in a good state and is balanced in my opinion.
Everybody's favorite cow. Alistar when he is strong is REALLY STRONG. He is a hard champion to balance because he can be really obnoxious to play against and very overpowering. He has the possibility to be amazing in Solo Q and LCS. His current State is 5/10. Hes a good pick occasionally but generally gets outclassed by poke/AP supports and is only average vs other melee supports. His strength possibility is 10/10. His kit has absolutely everything to be an incredible support and be borderline broken. His viability in comps is an 8/10. He fits in every comp besides poke. He has great peeling, great engage, great dive potential, etc.
Buffs
Passive Heal now also applies when successfully landing CC
Minion requirement for heal reduced from 7 to 6.

I wanna give alistar some love but not too much and his weakest point is his lane phase. He just gets shoved out of lane by poke and doesn't apply too much pressure. This will allow him to have a little more lane presence and not be so helpless vs mage supports and poke. It also gives him an incentive to go in with his combo more as he knows he will get his passive if he lands his combo and it isn't the traditional alistar "well I go in and there is no going back" mentality. Otherwise, Riot is doing Ok with him outside of just needing some tiny help to push him forward a little.
Somewhat hard to judge since he had a little mini-rework but I have seen a decent amount of them lately so i'll give it my best shot. His current state is 7/10. Hes pretty strong but definitely not God Tier. His strength possibility is 7/10. The way his kit is set up he can't really get much stronger. His clear will always be average, his ganks will always rely on a skillshot, and he will always not be good in skirmishes. He does however bring a lot of AOE damage, a huge magic damage buff for his team, and great team fight CC and that will always make him a decent pick. His comp viability is 6/10. He doesn't work in split push comps and he doesn't work in Poke comps
Buffs
Amumu's auto attacks - Amumu dealing magic damage applies his passive

That buff is a lot larger then it seems. The entire time amumu lands a Q on someone and is traveling is a long time that his laner doesnt have his passive buff, as well as flash ults and the like. Otherwise he is in a good state and I like where he is at.
- Anivia is honestly the most Average Champion in league. Shes really strong in the right hands and really weak in others. She doesn't do anything crazy better then anyone else, but also isn't weaker then most other mages. Her current state is 5/10. She wins about the same amount of matchups that she loses and she transitions into mid and late game about as good as most mages. Her kit possiblity is a 7/10. A couple buffs and Anivia could be a really good champ but will most likely never be Top Tier Meta unless drastic changes are made. Her comp viability is 9/10. Control Mages tend to fit into almost every comp considering they usually bring decent AOE and CC and most comps need that.
Buffs
Missile speed on Q increased by 200.
W cooldown reduced by 2 seconds per rank
Anivia's armor and Mr while eggnivia scales with her maximum Mana (Armor) and AP ( MR). 3 Percent of maximum mana and 10 percent AP.
Nerfs
None
Give her a small Clarity buff on her Q while giving her a utility buff on her W for possibly setting more picks or setting up more ganks. The passive buff I have thought of for a while on her and seems interesting. It would scale worse early but be very very strong mid and late game where killing anivia in a fight would make the Enemies have to make an actual decision between finishing her off or focusing another target as she will be decently tanky in Egg form. Besides these Anivia is pretty average and just needs a little boost and she will see more play.
Let the record show I absolutely hate this champion. I will try and be unbiased though and offer positive input. Her current state is 7/10. Shes not a God Tier Pick but she is pretty strong. Her kit possibility is 9/10. She has the possibility to be a top tier meta pick if things swing her way meta wise and item wise. The only thing holding her back from being the best in the game mid lane is that her combo is pretty telegraphed and she is relatively short ranged. Her comp viability is 9/10. She just doesnt work as a split pusher, besides that she has great cc, great pick potential, Tibbers can basically siege for his team, etc.
Buffs
R Cooldown reduced by 10 seconds each rank
E - If tibbers and Annie are both being hit while E is up the return Damage is doubled and it refreshes the shield on tibbers (up to 3 additional seconds)
R radius increased by 300
Nerfs
R- Tibbers is not a skillshot that Annie throws (much like Syndra W)
Q- Cooldown increased by 1 second at each rank.
R- Tibbers still frenzies and has increased movespeed but that movespeed is reduced the further away from Annie Tibbers gets
I realize this is a lot to take in so bear (hehe) with me. I personally feel like Annie's ult being a skill shot is long overdue and Riot needs to do it. Her ult feels like it has little counterplay considering the insane damage it does and the follow up damage. The other nerf is tibbers reducing movespeed the farther away from annie he gets. The viktor treatment basically. It feels honestly terrible when annie dies or is literally 2000 units away from you and tibbers is still just dpsing the absolute hell out of you and you can't get away from him and annie doesn't have to do anything at all. Let tibbers frenzy thats fine but at least make her have to stay somewhat near her target. I didn't just gut her though i gave her some buffs to compensate for it such as making Tibbers hit Box pretty much massive. It will be an extremely hard skill shot to miss but at least the target has some counterplay. Also the cooldown reduction so she doesnt feel so terrible if she misses it as its cooldown was even low before that buff. Her E buff is cool mechanic that plays into annie being tied to her bear and the Bear going ape if she is touched. The shield doesn't extend on Annie but Tibbers will become a lot harder to kill and will play into that part of the lore. All in all I think it puts her in the same strength category but with a little bit more counterplay around her ult with some compensation buffs to the rest of her kit.
One of the most straightforward easiest champions in league. Ashe's current state is 6/10. Shes slightly above average but that is about it. She's a good pick into a small amount of matchups that she counters and she brings really really good dps to fights while being one of few ADC's with hard cc. Her kit possibility is an 8/10. She can never truly be God tier as she has no mobility and that is a requirement for ADC's to be God Tier. She does however provide amazing damage and picks and is great when the comp peels decently for her. Her Comp Viability is 6/10. She doesnt wave clear that good, she has about average poke, and she doesn't really melt towers. However; she does have amazing pick potential with her Ult which naturally makes her good at sieging as well.
Buffs
Q is an auto attack reset
If ashe has her passive on the target when the Ult hits them the target takes 50 percent more Damage from her Ult and surrounding units take 50 percent more as well.
Nerfs
If Ashe ults a target without her passive the Maximum stun duration is reduced to 2 seconds.
This provides a great damage buff and gives Ashe a choice on how to use her ult instead of just firing it down mid lane and if it connects their team gets a free kill. Now she can save it for a decent burst of damage. Also the Q being an auto attack reset smooths out her combo and increases her DPS by a tiny amount. The nerf to the stun duration was needed with this Damage buff as we want Ashe to choose how she uses her Ult.
What a weird champion from a balance perspective. I personally think he is pretty strong but that really only applies in high elo-LCS as he is rather weak in low elo by players who don't know how to abuse him. His current state is 7/10. Pretty strong but is held back by distinct weaknesses such as a hard skill shot for his Q and being very short ranged with no mobility. His strength possibility is 9/10. Everybody knows how strong Sol was post release in LCS due to his fantastic roaming and excellent lane pushing. Riot nerfed him a little bit and now hes in a pretty good, balanced state. His comp viability is 10/10. He fits in every single comp there is. He has amazing wave clear, absolutely godly sieging, makes incredible picks, has decent poke, and can even peel quite well while having two forms of hard cc. The only thing really holding her back is people not understanding how she works and being relatively difficult to play.

This champion is balanced by a somewhat high skill cap and having no mobility while having insanely good tower pressure, wave clear and objective control. Good champion but not completely overwhelming.
Riot deleted this champion from the game basically. Idk what their beef is with Azir but it was obviously personal. His current state is 4/10. Riot gutted his Damage, Gutted his shield, Gutted his cooldowns, Gutted hir ult, and gutted his base stats. The only reason that he isn't 1 or 2/10 is because he still has a decently overloaded kit. His Strength potential is 10/10. Azir has the kit to be an absolute terror in the rift and he was for a long time, hence why riot nerfed him into oblivion. He has good wave clear, good roaming, good mobility, and great damage potential when he is strong. His comp viability is for sure a 10/10. He fits into absolutely everything. Great at making picks, splitting, team fighting, sieging, and peeling. The only thing holding him back is Riot's continuous nerfs. This champion is an absolute God Tier when strong.
Buffs
E- Now has a 30 percent AP ratio on the shield
Q - AP ratio up 15 percent

I want to start out with some small buffs and see where Azir lands afterwards. Like i said earlier Azir has a pretty toxic kit when he's strong and I don't want to go overboard with buffs. These should definitely push him in the right direction without giving him a giant shove there.
Thanks for reading guys and keep a peek out for my next Thread with champions starting with B! Comments are definitely welcome and i will try to reply to all as soon as I can :)
, + that new tank item that is going to reduce the damage they take from multi-hit/DoT damage abilities like her Q, and R...
