Crit chance rework idea

So I have noticed that crit chance is unbalanced, I mean, chance in a game made to be about skill and strategy is wrong, critz could change a fight yet the player has no way to control when or when not you crit, that is when I came up with this idea.

First, Crits will now do 1.75 dmg (so if you have 10 ad, you do 17.5 ad) This will be important later.

The new way they should work should be along these lines (feel free to play around with the numbers) Every 3 auto attacks a player will crit, no matter what, but now crit chance increases the frequency. At 50% crit chance you now crit every 2 auto attacks, and at 100 crit always. Now though, every bit of crit provides .5% crit dmg, so at 100 crit you also gain 50% crit dmg. Infinity Edge would now also provide more crit dmg and occurrence. That is all I have so far.

I have not figured it out yet, but the final crit dmg will be higher than before, but not by much, something around 2.5 dmg.

RNG is in most games I mean it has become such a huge part of games, yes it is an unfair factor but a VERY FUN one at that. People like seeing big crits they like critting and winning a fight cuz you had 10% crit. People love and hate RNG in leagues case I think most would like it to an extent.
