its been a awhile now and yet they have yet to fix yasuo's passive. im still getting reguler crit chance numbers instead of double crit chance numbers. why does my passive keep saying i only have 10% if i should have 20%? is riot not going to fix these things?
I believe that the % crit chance shown on his passive is the extra crit he is getting not his total.
His passive shows how much bonus critical strike chance it is giving him, not the totoal critical strike chance he has.
If you have a Cloak of Agility, the item provides 15% and your passive provides 15%, so you have a total of 30%.
