I miss old phantom dancer
it wasnt a chernobyl toxic waste than what we have nowadays. it brought to this hell tank yasuo and a vayne that can outduel even better.

Vayne is kind of heavily predisposed to dueling people. Being able to roll, boost her damage, give herself an AD steroid and cloak herself when rolling, being able to pin people against walls, having three consecutive attacks deal hefty bonus damage - Vayne isn't the kind of champion you face alone.
As for Yasuo, those are problems inherent in his kit, not with the items he buys. Phantom Dancer is just a really good tool, which those two champions make apparent use of, There's no real need to undo the changes to it.
Honestly though, like we needed another blue item. Make league pink again!
