Bug with Cassiopea Bot

Simple bug that happens whenever their is a cassiopea bot on the enemy team

She will only carry a Doran's ring and will not buy anything else since you have the new passive blocking her build path that is coded with every bot so she can't buy boots and progress

we saw this me my friend and his Gf and we were like damn this makes the match a bit imbalanced

Unfortunately they'll get around to fixing it about as soon as they'll get around to fixing her death animation on her skins.
