Can I have my account manually de-ranked to a lower rating. I am so utterly trash in comparison to those around me and am completely undeserving of my rank. Does anyone know if riot could move me down a few divisions so I can be playing with people of my skill.

They cannot, just dont play ranked and practice in normals til you get better. Theres no point in playing ranked if you're going to do bad and make your team lose lp
