I'm Not Getting My Promo Helper (Free Win)

I was in a series to go from Silver 1 to gold 5 earlier this season and lost the series on my 5th and final game. I have now managed to claw my way back into a series to gold once more. However, it is not crediting me my free win for already having failed the series before. I did not dodge any of the games in the prior promotion series. So is there a reason I am not getting my free win? or should I send in a ticket?
