What do you guys think about people who intentionally prolong games?

I was in a game as Xin Zhao, went 14/4/10. Team had a total of 36 kills, enemy had 20. Enemy was 14k gold behind. Malphite on my team did very well going 6/1/6. When we aced the team because they tried to contest baron with us (this is a bronze game, I doubt they knew they COULDN'T contest), I was ready to start pushing, so I did. I ended the game pretty quickly, but before that Malphite was spamming pings and yelling at me not to end the game. In the post-match menu, Malphite actually started flaming me because I ended the game early.

Anyways, besides the story, what do you guys think of people who try to intentionally prolong the match so they can farm kills or whatever? Is that even allowed in matches? Have you experienced similar or worse than I just did?

Right after the ADC rework I had a game where someone on my team DCed at the beginning of the match and never came back, but our Mid Graves got really, really fed, and we were winning the game really hard, but instead of ending (which we easily could have done) he kept telling us that he wanted to get 50 kills decided to go split and try 1v4ing the enemy team because he thought he could kill them and ended up costing us the game

I was actually really, really fucking mad because I hate people that try to pad their stats instead of ending the fucking game. I don't care if it was a normal or not. There's no reason for it.

You did the right thing. Your Malphite was a scumbag, that's all. Same for the people who dance around your nexus instead of finishing it. I had one game where the enemy didn't last hit our nexus (literally one hit)... just ran around spamming emotes. So we aced them and ended up winning the game.

People need to realize that the point of League is to win, not pad your KDA

Sometimes I like to prolong games to rack up more kills at the fountain if we are stomping that hard, but it completely unethical to flame because someone did what they were supposed to and ended the game.
