Nerfs:

His passive is a movement speed steroid now instead of the magic resist reduction.

You nerfed his drain so that he always had to wait to use it instead of being able to continuously use it.

You buffed his E, which helped a lot, but then you nerfed it to. (7 bounces down to 6; originally was 5 bounces.)

And you nerfed the range of his fear.

Can you buff his base damages on his abilities? I mean, you nerfed him so much. At least start his drain off at a higher % of damage absorbed.

the MS is WAY WAY better than the pen now you can stick to targets after you ult or drain. the drain is on a 2-3 second CD so not that big of a deal you have a fear and a silence to buy time and the E is still a overall buff from what it used to be

Only because of his Fear. Hes never been bad by any means. Hes always been a 1 trick champion after so many years of being outclassed by so many champs. After his Drain wears off, your q and E should be on cd also since normally you need to fear a target to keep them on your drain as they normally will cc you or out damage and kill you while you drain.

The move speed change only brought more players to playing a champion. He was never bad he just isn't as good as other champs.

His win rate plummeted when his Q got nerfed a long time the duration of it because players had a hard time adjusting to it. After adjusting his win rate went back up. Eventually it fell off because there were just better champs to play in the jungle in solo q games such as Nidalee-Kindred-Elise-Gragas and so on.

The update only increased his players base and his win rate for a time in which his win rate has fallen off, certainly not because of the E nerf from 7-6 bounces but players becoming more familiar to a champion that almost died out of play. It will only continue to fall off as his biggest trucking counter is a Ward so he can't surprise you with his ultimate and a Qss for his fear if his team doesn't have another reliable cc to use after his fear is cleansed. Not to mention he has a shit load of counter picks such as Morgana-Alistar-Janna and others.

Most of Fids kills come from mid-Dragon-bot. Where most champions seem to make use of his Fear because they can either or both apply damage where he lacks now and stack cc after his wears off. As the game goes on he generally falls off where wards are plentiful where he can't Ult properly in unless he has a team with great engage like Braum-Leona-Malphite-Annie+flash Ult/etc.

His win rate will eventually fall off a bit more as it has been or/and his pick rate when another champion is discovered to just be better for the team as he will never really be good for the team as most other op or almost op junglers such as Kindred/Lee Sin/Nidalee/etc. The MS is barely noticeable without the crow sound. Fiddlesticks/Skarner like Annie is a champion that is so primitive they need Flash just to secure their ultimate the majority of the time.

Fiddlesticks Q - Terrify is a toxic skill that just stuns when in range without any skill involved and there is nothing you can do to outplay it with getting a shield or grabbing a item to remove it.

Rammus on the other hand can be dealt with as his taunt is a close range ability that relies on rolling in to gap close when a tank could walk in front to block his Speed to get in to do so.

Fiddlesticks just presses a button and if your in range you run slowly backwards for roughly 2.25 sec mid-late game.

Riot has already said he needs some changes mostly a VU as his model is laughable and his Dark Wind/Ultimate looks like shit imo. Riot has nerfed his Q so many times because they dislike the ability so much as there really isn't much you can do to avoid it other than not be in range.

Fiddle was my favorite support until they nerfed his E with the "will bounce to new targets and avoid those bounced previously"... so far they keep killing him even tho he is a very immobile champion and outclassed by nidalee kindred lee sin or almost any other jungler
