Will Nautilus Mastery Get Fixed?

Will riot ever fix Nautilus mastery emote?

For those who dont know, when Nautilus uses mastery emote at any rank, it is blocked by his name bar. As a nautilus main this is very disappointing, and this bug has been around for ages.
