Previous restriction penalty and new mastery 6-7
Can you still get mastery 6/7 after having a chat restriction? I just a s on nautilus but didnt get any loot cause I had a chat restriction a while ago

Its a broken system. Since your going into a "reform" period, THEY decide weather or not your reformed. In otherwords, you have a higher chance to die and come back again from the dead then you do with this broken system.
