7 Ascension Tips
after playing Ascension a few time i have come up with a few tips to help and tricks that you may not have known about the game type before.
- pick
, he may not be very mobile, but his Ult works on the ascendant, if it doesn't kill it, it will at least chunk off half its hp for quick and easy steals, treat the ascendant like baron, i imagine 
chomp would work on it too. but skills that only affect players won't work on it.
- you would want to ban hyper carry champs, such as
. they are extremely annoying to play against in game and sorta ruins the fun of it. there are no minions on the map so banning or playing champions like 
would be pointless....
- perma stealth champs like
are also strong on this map since they can invise near a relic and capture it whenever it comes up - an important factor is teamwork, moving as a team helps secure objectives and kill, that should be obvious
- prioritise objectives, objectives are worth 3 times the amount a single kill is worth, if you have to sacrifice a teammate to pick up a relic, do it, you will be better for it in the long run
- i also recommend having at least 1 long range ult on your team, picking someone like
makes securing ascension that much easier. - pick someone with a revive passive, someone like
would be a strong pick to be ascended, since it sticks on them once they revive. otherwise a 
would also be a good pick up

to the list of good champs for this map. Most of the time teamfights will me cramped, which gives Karthus an edge, since his e does massive damage, and even if you die you can continue doing a good deal of damage.

can hit really good CCs and hide in the corner in order to proc her ult in safety
can snek a really some sick pokes throught the walls, plus the steal.
is my favourite pick: you can snare and poke behind walls, plus she can grant vision and can steal xerath/distrupt the enemy team while they are doing it
She is a bit compromised, but can make a good and lasting use for her ball, other than beign a good champion overall for this mode.
is very powerful on this map due to the easy separation of enemy champs, copious amounts of bushes, and poor visibility to really take advantage of his ult and passive. He also just generally gets a lot of kills because of his early game damage by starting with 3 abilities
