...the worst game balancers many of us have EVERSEEN!!! i won't talk today about yasuo or new adcs, what i'm going to talk about is zilean the bearded sona. Why? becouse with only 35cdr hes skills are on: Q 4 sec CD you can use 2 at once so basicly AOE stun every 4 sec + AOE burst ap dmg his slow/speed 6 sec cd and that slow is fucking hudge while lasting 5 sec his cd reduction ability 6 seconds and his ult 30 fucing seconds LIKE WTF!! how is this allowed you buy morello cdr boots and have abit of cdr runes and you can dominate teamfights and lane after 2 items and even if you have cc or a supp with good CC doesn't matter hes just gonna use his ult while trowing his bombs on you or your adc and stunning you with life 1-2 sec window.
