Using Swain

I just picked up Swain, and I love him. He's such a bizarre champion, but does anyone else think that he's super hard to last hit minions with? If I don't get the last hit on an AA, then his abilities aren't dependable enough to secure the last hit. Any suggestions for this? Or just in general? Should I just keep practicing?

Best bet is practice, his AA animation is really clunky and short ranged and it's overall annoying to cs with him pre-6

You can use the first tick of his Q to CS, as well as a quick ult for the first wave of ravens. Check out Alamander on Youtube, he's a fantastic Swain player and has a guide on him.
