Compare to riven current state with the letalithy buffs, fiora seems weak.

Because she's broken.

She was strong yes, but they crippled her. Not nerf. Instead of just flat out removing something that is a big part of someone's kit is just plain dumb. You don't do something like that, not only does it make the champ flat out worse, it completely changes the playstyle of that champ.
