Morde buffs on PBE
Will this make him viable again for play? I play him Top Lane in normals but i havent brought him out in ranked because, well you guys know, i don't want to get completely massacred.
Thoughts?

Unfortunally with this rework viable means oppressive and thus he would need to be shut down again.
nah. They need to completely rework his W. Then we will be looking at a okay champ.
Damage wise morde is fine he can go head to head with other champs easily.
Its his Damn W makes solo laning garbage.
also I think his Shield doesnt work with masteries (runic armor,windspeaker).
The shield decaying slower is an appreciated buff. The damage on E, not sure it will be really impactful.
But seriously, Morde botlane has always been viable since his rework. He was OP during world, so he was nerfed, and now he is "just" good. Try it. It rocks, and it's even fun to play.
By principle, I don't play him in solo lane, so I'm not sure, but I don't think the buffs will really change the situation. Imho, what he needs to be viable in solo is a rework of his W, perhaps with compensation nerfs elsewhere.
The marksman update has been very punishing for morde, what with ADCs now having kits that all kick morde in the dick, and I fail to see how 10 extra damage will help morde's solo lane. Suffice it to say, Morde is only good when he's oppressive and only oppressive when he's good. Morde will never find a balanced state with this kit
No, 15 more damage on his E will not increase his strength, especially with the nerf to his ult.
