Loss Forgiveness

Why the Fuck is this game in its 8th season and there is still no loss forgiveness? Just played a game where our Vayne kept reconnecting and disconnecting for the first 11 minutes over and over. Of course this kind of shit prevents a remake so we got steamrolled in less than 15 minutes. I do not understand why there isnt a system to help people in that situation.
