They need to put it back to 30% damage reflect and 100 armor. It just is so freakin' weak right now, honestly the state of the game is complete crap at the moment. I've been able to destroy people with randuin's and thornmail with a BOTRK and a last whisper and its kind of sad it could even be possible.
