Custom Games..... Lacking the "Custom"

Custom games are meant to be a way for you to play with up to 10 of your friends on any of the three maps there are. That is about it. You can play whatever champs you own with the skins you own. What if custom games was actually custom. You can play URF, One-For-All, Snow-down, etc. on any map. You could use any skin you wanted, ward or champion. Hell, what if you could customize game elements such as how many minions spawn in each wave, how often each minion wave spawns, how often dragon and baron re-spawn. How long it takes for champions to level up. How much gold earned every second and per-kill. Customize the game, and the way you play it.
