Aight guys i need your help, im hardstuck in Silver for almost 2 seasons.

Title says it all, but before you start telling me how to ward, cs and stuff read this.

Basically, i have problem carrying in silver. Im trying my best, but i cannot make it. I can get myself fed, i can get 3-4 levels higher than any other player in the entire game, but i just cannot make it to enemy nexus. This is my 3rd account (1st one i gave to my friend, second one is banned). Here, i've built up a very good normal mmr (once plat 1 lvl, now plat 3). I can win and even carry in that elo (yes, i know people dont tryhard in normals, whatever, but still). I rarely even lose a lane to any player regardless of their rank. Every time, i'll get an autofilled ADC/Jungler that has no idea what's he doing. Basically, autofilled ADC/JG are an insta loss, but i'll not blame them for me being stuck in Silver. Im playing this game long enough, my game knowledge is VERY GOOD, i know that, however my mechanics arent as good and my decision making isn't great. My farming, for a silver player is good, maybe even perfect because i can make it to 230 minions @ 30 minutes (considering that silvers rarely get 200 a game) On this account, i still havent done the placements, but im SURE that i will get placed in silver 5, i will make it to silver 3 and then i'll just stop climbing, i'll bounce between Silver 4 and Silver 3, as always. Past 2 days, i took my friend's acc which was bronze 4 and made it to silver 5 in only 2 days. It was so easy, i could get 20+ kills EVERY game, bronze is a joke, for real. However, i've started the first game in silver, and there it is. A losing bot lane, a non-ganking or warding jungler and a first-play-champion mid player. I normally won my lane but they did not.. I could carry in bronze even if everybody lost their lanes (today i won a 5v4 and made a penta that game, just sayin lol) but silver is like a dead end for me. Since i onetrick Tryndamere i watch ALOT of BoxerPete and Jay Sea (basically, i watch everyone who plays Tryndamere). And no, i dont watch them because they play Tryndamere, i watch them because they always say what they're doing AND because they play tryndamere. All in all, im ALOT better because i'm watching the streams, but problem is still here, people in silver just dont know when to STOP if they lost their lane, they will just try to make plays and stuff. Atleast, in higher elo if you're fed your team will play around you, here everyone doesnt give a f, if there's a teamfight everyone will just go in for themselves and hope for the best.. And if we win a fight and 1 enemy is alive they will continue chasing him. I ping them and even tell them in chat to stop and get turret/inhib but they just keep chasing while everyone respawns and they get killed. Then i get pinged on "SS" because i didnt join their chase.. Crazy I know that Tryndamere ins't the best champion to carry with nowdays since there are is so much mobility/cc and stuff, but he's the only one champion that i enjoy playing.
