you guys really fcked ap fizz over

honestly i have to start building ROA when they choose people like annie or heimer or cho

fizz should be able to at least have the chance to kill someone at level 3 or 4 like he used to, i remember ppl picking ryze trying to counter me and i could kill them at level 4 no prob but now his laning phase is so fckn difficult he has to rely on ganks or tower shots which is ridiculous

hes an ap ASSASIN he should be able to 1 v 1 even before level 6 if he plays right, but NOPE

my suggestion is to increase his base attack dmg a little which would help in lane alot, orrr increase his e dmg for champ damage and also to clear waves faster

its soo hard playing against someone like a zed who can outscale the fck out of you even if your up on kills just cause he clears so much faster
