you put too much reliance on his shark to catch someone , and i usually e in to dodge CC and then ult
you really fcked me over, make his e do more damage like it used to and take that 20% off his shark

DeloricVI1 votesThere are reasons why champions get nerfed. Remember when Fizz was legitimately scary because his ratios were pretty hefty? He always does tons of damage, and his Playful/Trickster is a pretty broken skill, and Riot probably saw that Fizz as doing a little too much damage to also have a move like Playful/Trickster. There are other things in his kit that are pretty broken, but Playful/Trickster is the biggest one.
Most of the time people were right to say that once he buys lichbane, he wins lane.
I'm sure he'll survive along with Gragas, Warwick, and (an older nerf) Master Yi.
