Well, ever since the new honor system came out, I haven't been getting any hextech chests at all. It says that getting an S- or above during a match will get me a chest, yet I've even gotten S+ and still no chests at all. Perhaps I missed something about a change in the way you get chests, or idk, I've asked other players and they've told me that they don't get chests either. Did something change and I missed it? Or are disabled in some way?
Infernape2 votesAre you using the same champion each time? You're limited to one chest per champion per season. Check if you have chests available (this is in your summoner profile).
Also, you must own the champion you're trying to get a chest with and if you've recently received a punishment, you're rendered unable to earn chests until you've reformed.
Mysticman892 votesOne S chest per champion per season, and you need to have a chest available to be unlocked (you get one per week up to a max of 4).
At this stage of the season I believe it's around 32 33 potential S chests if you've been earning them as they become available, so for many players who don't play that many champions they've run out of champs to earn chests on this season.
