Penalty for crashing?

So I was in loading screen and crashed, and I reconnect ASAP, so when I get in the game, my team still sends a remake vote because another player was AFK, and then when the match ends I get a low priority queue penalty? That's bullshit, and I even got 5 matches with 20 minutes penalties, like I have all the time in the world to come and play whenever I feel like it and wait 100+ minutes in total before even getting to play. Fix this, Riot.
