Connection issues (help please)

So I have been playing lol for about a year, and yesterday I got a chat ban (kinda deserved). Today when I played my game suddenly froze and I got the message "unable to connect to server". When i disconnected it took me about 5 minutes to be able to reconnect and then apparently the game had ended, but when I checked my match history it wasnt even there. I checked after 15 minutes again and still nothing.

I'm wondering if I might get banned for afk, since I'm already chat banned. I have no idea what happened to my internet and the game and what might happen to my account. Please answer someone [zombie-nunu-bummed]
