Lower/Restructure the champ mastery requirement for Ivern

I have recently started maining Ivern, and he is a very difficult but rewarding champ. Being a support jungle, he exists to clear faster than any jungler so he can start helping lanes. However, because of Ivern's teamplay kit, and ridiculously low base damage on auto, even with level 5 w and ardent censer, I barely hit 100 CS every game. I'm attaching a screenshot of one of my games that I felt definitely deserved at least an S-, considering I carried from beginning till end.
