Why Kalista + Attack Move Click is < Kalista + RMB + RMB?

I first thought that it's the internet speed. lol But It's seem like the Attack MOve Click is slower even with attack speed 1.66.

I can't really use RMB + RMB to farm as I come from Dota and always use A but to farm.

Please tell me how to solve this problem?!
