I want those people who ruin my game get ban. What do I need to do beside reporting them?

This account GTHell get ban because of noob team mate gone rage after me playing Janna Top and have more kill them him as a jungler.

Please PLEASE improve your system or hire me because I have a better solution to fix toxicity.

You clearly avoiding the problem. You never try to fix any of these problem all your system does was BAN BAN BAN BAN made people more rage.

You always say you want to see a positive community but look you just BAN BAN BAN BAN like crazy. Even a Good kid from a great place would become monster because of your game and please don't tell us to quit. It becomes an Addiction.

They are not avoiding the problem, you're ignoring the board rules. Reporting players are to be done at the end of the game or through a support ticket if you think the system wont catch them.

But you're walking proof that poor behavior does get caught and punished.

unfortunately, I think riot is too lazy to actually deal with the issues at hand. they would rather punish the victims that have finally had it after several games than punish the people who instigate. Hell, their system is designed to let people get away with hate speech because it doesn't look for all forms of that hate speech. You can change one letter in a word like N and the system will just ignore it, and then flag the users report as false screwing their subsequent reports up..
