Udyr Tiger Strike is under Persistent Effect Instead of Activation (In Game)

So just a little error in the description for Udyr's tiger stance IN GAME, but his tiger stance active effect "tiger strike" (damage over 2 seconds) is under the passive/persistent part of the ability description.

It's always bothered me cause if it's gonna be under persistent, it should re-proc the tiger strike effect after 5 seconds (as with the bear strike stun). If not, the increased attack speed is just lonely in game knowing tiger strike description should be next to it. :b

in my opinion, his tiger stance effect should proc like his Phoenix stance, once every few attacks. That way there's more of a distinction like "This ability is for persistent AoE damage, this stance is for high single target DPS"

it's under presistant cause you can only proc it in tigerstance, while the speedbuff/aoe-dot/shield stay after changeing the stance.
