When Jungler ruins the game and pisses you off!

I got a 25 game chat suspend. Over multiple games, i have asked many junglers to gank me none of them did and it's frustrating having to keep constantly deal with games where people don't gank and you keep getting ganked. Over many games, i have been reported for saying worst jungle ever and I get reported for saying one thing on the other hand when they say something like stop feeding your trash or even play more safe noob it's frustrating. And I'm just trying to climb back to honor 3. Getting chat restriction for defending yourself is just unfair. People never get banned for harassing me calling me their baby Or griefing ruining my gaming experience. How is riot going to deal with this? When you get a chat suspend riot only shows your chat and what you said to get banned. When people call me their baby and I say stfu it will show stfu which is kind of annoying. Many people dont play alone so if you try to defend yourself multiple people report you. Muting them doesn't work either because it's a team game you cant win if you cant communicate. Any suggestions?
