At what point does a champion become too strong?

If a champion has a 55-56% winrate in every division in solo queue and close to a 63% winrate in master/challenger tier wouldn't you agree that something needs to be looked at? If at the highest level, a champion is being picked a third of the time and winning more than 60% of all games then that champion is quite obviously stronger than they should be. Everyone complained at 56% winrate sejuani but no one bats an eye at mf having the same winrate and being picked even more than her. Why does no other adc have a winrate that high? Are you all seriously going to suggest that miss fortune players are just better, or that the champion is stronger than the others. It pretty obvious she needs a nerf.

The problem isn't really MF, the problem is Thunderlord's+Precision ON MF. They're nerfing Precision and buffing the other keystones. That will probably do nothing, but the patch after next when they finally nerf Thunderlord's will fix it.

It's an interesting theory. Too bad MF isn't actually that high. She's around 54%, where Jinx stayed for ages last year. Don't expect any significant nerfs any time soon.
