I think Soraka Heal Range is 500 and not 550. Can we get that 50 more Range buff Please and Thank you

Are you comparing it to her Auto-attack range?

Auto-attacks are calculated from the edge of the champion's model. Skills (unless specified otherwise) are calculated from the center of the model.

Fun fact, due to her small hitbox Annie's 625 AA range is roughly equivalent to Ashe's 600 range.

It would appear so. The range is still pretty nice now though. Useable even.
