Bug on Soraka Silence on Fizz.

Scenerio: Fizz uses Zhonya. Soraka cast Equinox/Silence on Fizz 0.5 seconds before the Zhonya wore off. Fizz was still able to cast Urchin Strike when the Equinox was below him. Is this suppose to happen?

What's likely occurring is that Equinox applies silence in intervals, so Fizz managed to cast Urchin Strike within that very small interval. It's happened to me before, and I think it's BS, but it happens. I have no idea if it was intended by Riot, but it really shouldn't be.

They should change it so that he gets silenced while in playful/trickster and gets stuck up there

Bumping because this exact bug with Fizz/Soraka is still happening. I also encountered this with Blitzcrank twice in one game. I saw him literally standing on Equinox and he still got the hook off. these instances im 110% sure about.

looks like sej is throwing her bola out of Equinox too but only happened once and caught me off guard so im not sure. HOW DOES THIS SPELL WORK!??!!
