About the abandon penalties.

So, I was queuing up for a ranked match in the solo/duo queue. I got a match, clicked accept, banned a champ, locked in my champ, and waited for the timer to end. As soon as the timer ended (this is where the client closes and the game window opens), my 6 year old Dell L702x shut down randomly. So I immediately boot it up again and open league and click reconnect as fast as i could. The game window opened, i saw the loading screen, and a minute later, it closed saying "This game is no longer running, feel free to play another" or something of the sorts. I click okay, and im put in the end of match screen, everyones still in the process of leaving the lobby and I get a message saying "Duo to recently leaving the match or afk behaviour, you have been placed in the low priority queue for your next 5 matches". So now I have to wait 20 minutes before 5 matches because my laptop crashed? It's not even that I didn't try to reconnect, I did, I really did.

I don't mind waiting for now but please reduce the penalties we get for early surrenders as we may be trying to reconnect like I was. If the game ran for 2 more minutes, i would be back in it and everything would be fine. But at the 3 minute mark, they figured i wouldnt reconnect so they surrendered. But I DID TRY, and yet got low priority for five matches, so to add to the 40 minute average game length, i have to wait additional 20 minutes for every game, my playing time being only 1.5 hrs, it means I can play only one match everyday. EVEN THOUGH I TRIED TO RECONNECT.

So please go easier on the penalties for 3-minute surrenders... It sucks, it really does.
