Alistar Discussion

This paragraph tells me to write my thoughts so here it goes......why do I love alistar? The first time I ever pulverized someone I knew I was in love. However, as of late, my fellow summoners shift blame on me and tell me to pick another champ...why is this? I think alistar is perfectly viable. I recently played him in the jungle with the new cinderhulk changes and I have never dominated a game so hard. triforce followed by tanky items was the way to victory. ganks were unbeatable. I never see another alistar player though. Why do people pick on alistar and the summoners who play him?

p.s I want a season 5 point of view, I know there are plenty of forums about him from the past.
